The PM Fuel Relief Program 2026 has started its registration process for eligible motorcycle, rickshaw, Qingqi and small-car owners in Pakistan. Under the scheme, eligible citizens can receive Rs. 100 per litre relief on petrol, subject to the monthly limit set for their vehicle category. According to the published procedure, the applicant needs to send TOK to 9771 to request the fuel-relief token. The received token can then be shown at the petrol station for the applicable subsidised petrol purchase.
The rollout of the fuel relief is taking place in phases. The scheme is scheduled to begin in Islamabad from the midnight between September 14 and September 15, 2026, while implementation in the rest of Pakistan, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, is scheduled from the midnight between September 16 and September 17.
Applicants should also remember that the PM Fuel Relief benefit is a limited petrol relief, not an unlimited discount on every litre purchased. The monthly quota must be followed, and final eligibility depends on the official verification process.
